INGREDIENTS :

  • 10 gr Jelly Powder (1 pack)

  • 5 gr Agar Agar Powder

  • 1300 ml Water

  • 250 gr Sugar

  • Crispy Bites Cinnamon Apple Chips or Gala Apple Chips

  • 1 tsp  Salt

  • Vanilla Powder

STEPS :

- Prepare the jelly cups (I'm using small cups with small and bite-size trays: very convenient)

- Prepare fruit chips in small pieces.

- Mix the powder (jelly and Agar Agar) with sugar, and stir evenly until mixed well together.

- Bring the water to a boil, and slowly pour the powder mixture into the boiling water, while pouring, stir quickly to avoid clumping.

- When the liquid boils, use low heat, skim off any foam, and add some salt to season and some vanilla powder to boost the taste. Turn off the heat.

- Ladle jelly liquid into cups and make sure to cover only 1/3 of each tray, sprinkle with diced fruit chips, when the fruit chips and jelly layer are slightly thickened, gently pour another layer of jelly over the first one.

- Wait until the jellies are cooled off and thickened then put them in the fridge. After 1-2 hours, the sweet, cool, crunchy, and chewy jellies are ready to be served.

  • 0.50 pounds of Ground Beef

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 tsp of Salt

  • 2 Shallots

  • 1 tablespoon of Hot Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of Bitter Mustard

  • 1 tablespoon of Capers

  • 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper

  • 1 pinch of Parsley or Cilantro

STEPS :

- Take your meat on the chopping board and chop it with a sharp knife until you get the consistency of minced meat.

- Add the small and diced shallots, capers, parsley, bitter mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix.

- In the service, you can take equal amounts of meat into plates and create a space in the middle and add egg yolk.

Note: Since steak tartar is eaten raw, buy the meat from a butcher you trust and consume it without waiting after cooking.

INGREDIENTS :

Crust
 

  •  1 Box (14.1 oz) Refrigerated Pie Crusts, Softened as Directed on the Box

Filling
 

  • 6 Thinly sliced, peeled apples and 1 Pack of Crispy Bites Apple Chips 

  • 3/4 Cup Sugar

  • 2 tsp All-purpose Flour

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

STEPS :

- Heat the oven to 425°F. Place 1 pie crust in an ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate. Press firmly against the side and bottom.

- In a large bowl, gently mix filling ingredients; spoon into crust-lined pie plate. Top with second crust. Wrap excess top crust under bottom crust edge, pressing edges together to seal; flute. Cut slits or shapes in several places in the top crust.

- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and the crust is golden brown. Cover the edge of the crust with 2- to 3-inch wide strips of foil after the first 15 to 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning. Cool on the cooling rack at least 2 hours before serving.

  • 3 Medium Size Cookies

  • 100 ml Whole Milk

  • 0.50 oz Unsalted Butter

  • 6 tsp Cacao

  • 4 tsp Sugar Powder

  • Crispy Bites Cinnamon Apple Chips

  • 1 Pack of Vanilla Powder 

  • Sliced Almond and Nuts

STEPS :

- The first step is we crush the cookies until they turn into powder.
 

- We pour it into a bowl and pour our milk on it and knead a little.
 

- Then add the melted butter and powdered sugar and knead once more.
 

- And finally, we add our cocoa, vanilla, and crushed apple chips and knead for the last time. (You can keep it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes if you want.)
 

- Put the pieces of almonds and hazelnuts in a bowl and take walnut-sized pieces from our dough and find each side into this mixture.
